Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of West Duluth

Horrible service! We got there the blonde girl in the front desk was in the phone! We waited around five minutes and she never even made eye contact to us or tell us to wait or anything. After she got done with her phone call, she still ignored us and continued looking at her computer screen... 10 minutes went by and we were totally ignored. Another customer got in and it was the same for him, we decided to leave. Once in the parking lot the customer that was behind us, came over and told us the blond girl had told him it will be a minimum of 2 hours to get a hair cut there... considering it was Monday at 10:15 am we found it little unbelievable. It was just poor customer service!!!
