"Stopped in for a quick haircut 2 hours before store closed and was told they were “too busy” to get to me that night. 3 employees working, 1 customer in the store and 2 names on the screen. Stores in the twin cities market are a lot better, more professional, and better to deal with. Will not go to this location again or recommend to anyone."

"I was just there with my son an hour ago and I am SO DISAPPOINTED in our visit. The stylist was nice and friendly, that’s not the issue. My total came to $20 including tip. I gave the stylist $15 IN CASH and then requested to put the remaining $5 balance on my bank card. I got home and I checked my balance and saw that I was charged the whole $20 not the $5. Now my checking account is overdrawn. Essentially this visit will cost me $50 with the insufficient funds fee from my bank. When I called to inform your employees I didn’t even get an apology. Nothing of the sort. This isn’t the first time your business has messed up my account financially. Your till should be $15 over now in cash. I can’t even get a refund until possibly Monday when the owners are back in town. I will never return again."
